Culinaria is an independent, not-for-profit organization, committed to promoting San Antonio as a premier food and wine destination, while fostering community growth and enrichment within the city we call home. Culinaria is a registered 501 c (3) tax-exempt organization. A valued, volunteer Board of Directors who represent the community guides the organization in this mission.

Proceeds from Culinaria Events benefit mission benchmarks that have at their core, the food. Support is provided to culinary scholarships and our newest endeavor – The Culinaria Farm.
Education of the students who seek the culinary and hospitality crafts is important to us. Whether it’s through our Endowment fund with the University of Houston’s Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management – San Antonio or through funds we give to the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), we provide students with the means to attain the education necessary to pursue a career in the hospitality and culinary industries.
A great dream of ours, we’re seeking to make San Antonio an amazing epicenter of culinary education through technology. We’ll keep you updated as we move forward. For more information, visit our Farm page.

As you can imagine, it takes quite a bit of preparation and people to pull of a multi-day, multi venue festival like ours! We are looking for some great volunteers* to help us pour wine, check in attendees and more. We have opportunities available throughout the year, so grab some friends, family members and coworkers and sign up!
