Texas Two-Sip Tasting
Test your blind-tasting skills at the Texas Two-Sip Tasting where Texas wines will be blind tasted against their international counterparts and you get to assess the wines and take a guess on which wines are from Texas. Count on a lot of fun and a few surprises. Hosted by Texas Fine Wine.

11:30 AM43 Ways to Sunday – SweetFire Private Dining Room 1 (Mixology Seminar)

43 Ways to Sunday…
Join us on a spirited journey and taste the incredible versatility of Licor 43. Licor 43 is a golden, aromatic elixir produced and infused from Mediterranean fruits and herbs, that is inspired by an ancient 2000-year-old liquor known as Liqvor Mirabilis. When the Romans conquered Carthago Nova, they encountered the Liqvor Mirabilis – or marvelous liquid.

This seminar will incorporate the passionate flavors of Spain’s favorite liqueur and why adding it to anything from your coffee to your favorite dessert will awaken your palate…

(This Seminar will include Cocktails)

12:15 PMLike This? Try That! – San Gabriel (Wine Seminar)

Like This? Try That!
Some of the most popular wines in the world come from cooler climates, while Texas relies on many lesser-known, warm-climate Mediterranean grapes such as Viognier, Trebbiano, Tempranillo and Tannat. Texas Fine Wine will offer a guide to finding great Texas alternatives to popular and well-known wines. Hosted by Texas Fine Wine.

12:30 PM Embrace Redemption! – SweetFire Kitchen Private Dining Room 2 (Mixology Seminar)

This seminar will showcase highly rated American Whiskeys from The REDEMPTION Whiskey brand.

REDEMPTION Rye whiskey is a true American original from the award-winning Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits. It’s carefully hand-crafted in the river town of Lawrenceburg, Indiana at 168-year-old MGP Distillery – Whisky Advocate’s 2015 Distiller of the Year. It’s a taste of the bold, robust spirit cherished throughout America’s early history.

Food Truck Event

The Food Truck Event hasn’t been forgotten… in fact, it is loved by so many, that we feel it deserves its own spotlight in our event line-up. Once a part of the Culinaria Wine and Food Festival, it will now be solo in September. With this, we’re able to deliver more of what you crave – more space, more hours and more food trucks – so, you can enjoy delicious creations by mobile chefs. The day is packed with entertainment and some on-site shopping from our vendors – and, of course, plenty of beverages.

Also new this year, tickets to “purchase” food and drinks will be sold at ticket booths… so, no need to worry about which food trucks will accept cash or credit cards – we’ll accept both!
