Ernesto Estrada
Ernesto was born and raised in San Antonio. Upon graduation from the culinary program at Gary Job Corps in San Marcos, Texas, Ernesto joined the staff of Bistro Time Restaurant where he had to earn his place as well as the respect of the kitchen staff. Now, working with ingredients that arouse his culinary curiosity, his experiences have brought him back to his roots and he currently shares his immense talents as Chef de Cuisine at Francesca?s at Sunset at the Westin La Cantera.
