Chef Jason Dady realized at a young age that he wanted to devote his life to cooking. He gained a B.S. in Restaurant and Hotel Management from Texas Tech University and an Associates Chef degree from the California Culinary Academy. Prior to his position as proprietor and Executive Chef of The Lodge Restaurant of Castle Hills in San Antonio, Chef Dady worked at the famous San Francisco restaurant Stars Bar and Dining under Chef Chris Fernandez. He also spent time in the kitchen of Beringer Wine Estate studying the art of wine and food pairing with Executive Chef David Frakes. Chef Dady?s latest venture, Tre Trattoria, opened in July and features contemporary Italian cuisine with an extensive all Italian wine list.
