The Culinaria Educational Center and Garden will promote healthy living in the city of San Antonio. The availability of local, fresh produce will change the way people view healthy eating and nutrition. Good health is so important, and it would be an inspiration to have an example of healthy living within the San Antonio community. The garden will be the perfect space to host chef demonstrations, dinners and nutritional seminars featuring the community garden produce that will teach others the joys of healthy eating. Along with promoting good nutrition, the garden will inspire residents to become healthier through physical activity with the help of our beautiful walking trails within the garden.
The garden will also provide an important educational tool in teaching community members about gardening, nutrition, and healthy living. This can benefit multiple groups, including families, high schools, universities and youth organizations. In addition to important health information, the gardens and the events held there will work to promote the culinary arts.
Your donation to this cause is 100% tax deductible and will help make this vision a reality for the San Antonio community. To donate, visit our tickets site at http://culinariagarden.eventbrite.com
